You need to complete a new application. You can use the same email address you used for any previous applications. 

We aim to give you a decision within 3 working days. Please log in to your account to check the status of your application.

You will need to fill in your personal details before you can log in.

Yes. You can appeal within 14 days of being declined by filling in our online appeals form.

This means we need to do a few more checks before giving you a final decision.

If you see a message that says we're reviewing your application, we'll contact you via email asking you to log in to your account to see the final decision. This can take up to 3 working days.
