  • I accidentally rejected my application

    You need to complete a new application. You can use the same email address you used for any previous applications. 

  • I have not had a decision about my application

    We aim to give you a decision within 3 working days. Please log in to your account to check the status of your application.

    You will need to fill in your personal details before you can log in.

  • My application has been declined - can I appeal?
  • You're reviewing my application - what happens next?

    This means we need to do a few more checks before giving you a final decision.

    If you see a message that says we're reviewing your application, we'll be in touch within 3 working days.
