    We can help if there's an issue with something you've bought using a loan from Ikano Bank.

    How to raise a claim

  • Can I cancel the finance?

    Yes. You have the right to withdraw from the agreement for 14 days - this starts from the day after you sign your agreement. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling.

    If you cancel the finance, you must repay the full loan amount within 30 days.

    If you're not satisfied with the service you've received from Ikano Bank, we want to know about it. Please get in touch so we can put it right.
