  • When and where can I spend my loan?

    You can spend your loan straightaway:

    1. In-store: 

    • Before you get to the checkout, log in to your online account or open the IKEA finance app and select your loan.
    • At the checkout, tell the member of staff that you want to pay using IKEA finance.
    • The staff member will need to enter the long card number and expiry date to process your purchase.

    2. Online:

    • When asked 'How would you like to pay?' at the checkout, pick 'IKEA Financial Services Loan'.
    • Enter the details shown on your virtual card.

    3. Using a PayOrder link (for remote planning services):

    • Use the secure link IKEA has sent you - you need to do this by midnight on the day it is sent.
    • If the link expires you'll need to ask IKEA to send you a new one.

  • How do I access my virtual card?

    You can access your virtual card in your account online.

    Log in to your account or open your IKEA finance app.

  • My card won’t display

    If you’re unable to view your virtual card, please check your phone signal is strong enough. If possible, connect to WiFi before you log in.

    If the card isn’t displaying, log out of your account and try logging back in again.
