If you can't open your agreement, log out and try logging back in to your account.
Check you have a good phone signal or ideally connect to the WiFi before you log in.
If you're doing the application in a web browser, you can download our IKEA Financial Services app and complete the application there. You just log in to the app and you'll be able to see and open your application.
