Application FAQs

  • My loan agreement won’t open

    If you can't open your agreement, log out and try logging back in to your account.

    Check you have a good phone signal or ideally connect to the WiFi before you log in.

    If you're doing the application in a web browser, you can download our IKEA Financial Services app and complete the application there. You just log in to the app and you'll be able to see and open your application.

    If you're still having problems opening your loan agreement, please call us on 0333 155 4646.

  • I can't sign my loan agreement

    You need to read the loan agreement before you can sign it.

    If you can't sign your loan agreement, log out and try logging back in to your account and try to sign the agreement again.

    Check you have a good phone signal or ideally connect to the WiFi before you log in.

    If you're doing the application in a web browser, you can download our IKEA Financial Services app and complete the application there. You just log in to the app and you'll be able to see and open your ongoing application.

  • How long do I have to sign my agreement?

    You have 30 days from your soft search decision to sign your agreement.

    If you do not sign your agreement it will be cancelled.

  • Can I cancel my agreement?

    Yes. You'll see an option to cancel on the approval screen.
