  • I accidently rejected my application what can I do?

    You’ll need to complete a new application. You can use the same email address you used for any previous applications.

  • You’re reviewing my application – what happens next?

    This means we need to do a few more checks before giving you a final decision.

    If you see a message that says we're reviewing your application, we'll contact you via email asking you to log in to your account to see the final decision. This normally takes about ten minutes but can take up to three working days.

  • I have not had a decision on my application

    We aim to give you a decision within three working days. Please log in to your account on the app to check the status of your application.

    You’ll need to fill in your personal details before you can log in.

  • My application has been declined – can I appeal?
