If you can't open your agreement, using the IKEA Financial Services mobile app, log out and try logging back into your account.
Check you have a good phone signal or ideally connect to Wi-Fi before you log in.
If you're doing the application in a web browser, you can download our IKEA Financial Services app and complete the application there. You just log in to the app and you'll be able to see and open your application.
