  • My credit card agreement won’t open

    If you can't open your agreement, using the IKEA Financial Services mobile app, log out and try logging back into your account.

    Check you have a good phone signal or ideally connect to Wi-Fi before you log in.

    If you're doing the application in a web browser, you can download our IKEA Financial Services app and complete the application there. You just log in to the app and you'll be able to see and open your application.

  • I can’t sign my credit card agreement

    You need to read the credit card agreement before you can sign it.

    If you can't sign your agreement, using the app, log out and try logging back into your account and try to sign the agreement again.

    Check you have a good phone signal or ideally connect to Wi-Fi before you log in.

  • How long do I have to sign my agreement?

    You have 30 days from your approval offer to sign your credit card agreement.

    If you do not sign your credit card agreement, it will be cancelled.

  • The text is too small to read

    You can make the text larger by selecting ‘Mobile Friendly’ in the top right corner of the document.

  • Can I cancel my agreement?

    Yes, you can cancel before a full credit search has been performed. You'll see an option to cancel on the Full Credit Search screen.

    If you've been accepted and signed your agreement you have the right to withdraw from the date your account is created and ending 15 days after you receive your virtual card.
