  • How do I access my account?

    You can only access your IKEA Family credit card account using the IKEA Financial Services mobile app.

  • Using the IKEA Financial Services app

    Please use the IKEA Financial Services app on one device only. Using the app on a mobile phone, rather than a tablet, will provide a better experience. Switching between devices may cause errors when trying to log into your account.

  • I’ve logged in to my account on a browser, why can’t I see my credit card?

    You can only manage your IKEA Family credit card via the IKEA Financial Services mobile app. Here you will be able to see your credit card and any active or closed IKEA loans.

    If you log in to your account via a browser, you will only see any active or closed IKEA loans.

  • I can’t log in to my account

    Make sure you have a good phone signal.

    If you've forgotten your passcode, please click on ‘Forgot passcode’ and follow the instructions.

  • How do I reset my passcode?

    On the IKEA Financial Services mobile app click on ‘Reset Passcode’ and follow the instructions.

  • I am locked out of my account – what do I do?

    You'll need to reset your passcode to unlock your account.
